How to start a yoga or pilates practice. OPEN CLASS REGISTRATION
- Register for Yoga or Pilates classes HERE ONLINE via MINDBODY
- Bring a yoga mat or water, free extra mats are here
- Try to attend 2-3, or 4-5 classes a week, for the best learning experience
- Show up 10-15-min before class
- All level students are here in every class including beginners
We have a studio dog, who hugs and kisses people upon arrival. He is leashed during class session. A lot of people find Lucas being here highly therapeutic in his greeting and welcoming to the healing practice space. He helps people shift from the work day mode into self-care while attending classes here. Lucas is immensely loving, kind, and steady in his heart (he lives in metta meditation) for every single person that is here. Lucas gives love to all students attending whether just for the day or a long time student. Only therapy dogs are the ones who extend love beyond their family unit and they are actually proven to help trauma recovery and reduce stress levels. Lucas's gift is he can easily work a room and get you to fall in love.
