- Register for Yoga or Pilates classes HERE ONLINE via MINDBODY
- Bring a yoga mat or water, free extra mats are here
- Try to attend 2-3, or 4-5 classes a week, for the best learning experience
- Show up 10-15-min before class
- All level students are here in every class including beginners
