We opened in June of 2011 and house a lot of new students to yoga and some very dedicated and long time practitioners. We believe everyone should have daily access to the experience of their own greatness that yoga provides. And that yoga when it is skillfully taught will instantly reveal this wisdom. Because when we practice yoga no matter what the outer form or appearance may initially be, we will always see our own freedom and within that is recognition of our own greatness. We specialize in keeping yoga relevant to real life, making yoga accessible for everyone, and our time together effective, inspiring, and fun.
