I fell in love with yoga after having hurt my back. I couldn't attend body ballet and contemporary classes any more but still needed exercise. Yoga is a gentle and effective practice for muscules, it doesn't require any tension, all the progress happens naturally, due to time and regularity.
as for me, yoga is wonderful way to have your body and your mind in health. I love practicing it. i'll be sincere, I don't really like the philosophy of it, all that thing with chakras and vegan lifestyle. But I really like the physical feeling after stretching my body doing different asanas.
